We offer jewelry in a variety of materials depending on the piece, including 925 sterling silver, gold-plated silver, solid gold, moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, and natural diamonds. Material details are listed in each product description.
Is your jewelry real?
Yes. We clearly state the materials used for every item. Whether a piece is 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, solid gold, moissanite, or lab-grown diamond — it will always be listed in the product details.
Will the jewelry tarnish?
925 sterling silver and gold-plated pieces can tarnish over time without proper care. Avoid water, lotion, perfume, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a dry, cool place when not in use.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
We do not recommend wearing any of our jewelry in the shower, pool, ocean, or hot tub. Water and chemicals can affect the finish and shine — especially on plated pieces. Remove your jewelry before any water exposure.
Custom Orders
Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes! We create custom pieces including pendants, name pieces, and other personalized designs. Send us a message through the Contact page with your idea, preferred material, size, and budget to get started.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All custom work requires a non-refundable deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup.
Can I see a design before my piece is made?
For most custom orders, yes. We can provide a design mockup, CAD rendering, or digital preview before production begins — so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Orders, Returns & Shipping
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and work with you on a fair solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the item and your location. Ready-to-ship items go out within a few business days. Custom pieces take longer. We’ll share an estimated timeframe when your order is placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available. Contact us before placing your order if you are outside the U.S. so we can confirm shipping options and costs.
